How to delete your account

For players and store reviewers — deletion happens inside the mobile app. This page explains the steps for Where's Wally.
Steps
- Open Where's Wally on your phone.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- You will be signed out.
What happens next
- Account is marked for deletion immediately.
- Sign in within 30 days cancels deletion.
- After 30 days, account and gameplay data are permanently removed from our servers.
- Leaderboard standing is removed after deletion.
- Store purchases (e.g. Remove Ads) remain governed by Apple / Google; deleting the account does not automatically refund a purchase.
